点评：My parents booked the discovery park tour experience for them, myself, my brother, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my nieces and nephews ranging in age from 4-10. All of us (minus the kids) have done the Hellgate Jetboat Excursions before and had a blast, so we were excited for the kids to experience jetboats for the first time…though we didn’t really know what to expect with this company’s experience. The trip on the jetboat was much shorter than Hellgate (15-20min on river vs hours with Hellgate), but that is the only thing close enough to a critique that I have. The ride was equally wet, wild, exciting, and beautiful. Drivers were a joy on both trip there and back. I had no idea what to expect when we shortly arrived at Discovery Park, and I was shocked to not have had any idea something like that was so close to where I lived. It’s only accessible through the jetboat tour or floating the river downstream from Touville yourself, but it is a BLAST to take the family to. Awesome inflatable water slides, water bridges, and other floating platforms that kids go wild for and are fun for adults as well (high enough to jump and flip and dive from; not strictly supervised while also not overtly dangerous for the kiddos since they must wear life jackets if younger than 12. On land, there is great food, drinks, games, plenty of picnic testing and space to have fun throwing the frisbee, kicking around the soccer ball, or playing a game of volleyball). It was a great time…and the kids LOVED IT, which made it that much more enjoyable. It’s reasonably priced for 3 hours, although I’m not sure how regulated it actually is and I imagine someone taking the earlier boat can catch a later boat back….but I may be wrong. We took the 230 boat there and were back by 545…all smiles and happy memories. Thank you for a great family outing!!!!
