点评：It was pretty warm in Bend the evening we again chose to eat here last week, but their canopies kept the sun off, and overall, it was a great experience! We choose several of the various options for their tacos, and all were delicious! I got two of the pork carnitas and husband also got a pork carnitas, as well as a grilled mahi-mahi, and the Barbacoa (shredded beef) tacos. The chips were good that we ordered along with their salsa. Our order came quickly within 7-8 minutes after we were seated, and the food was nice and hot. You must be prepared to wait in line to order for a short time as there is ALWAYS a line outside waiting, but it is well worth the wait!! AND you get to visit with the very nice people in line! Just behind us were a dad and a darling little girl who told us she was 6, and he said they come here on a regular basis! El Sancho does have a good system where you step forward to order when the green light turns on. Works well!! We will most definitely be back to enjoy their food in the future!
