点评：We told our two grandchildren that we were taking them for a surprise. We made a reservation, our choices online were six or 630. We chose 6 PM. We hurried everyone along and got there, and the young host said she could not find our reservation. we even got a confirmation. She said that she couldn’t seat us because there were reservations. I said we had one too. She argued for some time. Then she said that a party of four we’re coming in, but if they were late, we could have their spot. But she had to give them 10 minutes to be late. So we sat down and waited. They did not come. The kids were so excited. then they told us that we could not have their place. It was infuriating and absurd. We were there. We had a reservation online. If the online reservations don’t work, you shouldn’t use them. We said maybe the computer made an error. But they said no it never does. Our grandkids knew differently. Will we be back? Are you kidding me?
