Beware Roaches!
马斯科吉希尔顿恒庭酒店的点评
点评：Very Disappointed. Upon arrival for a 5 day business stay I was told they did not have my reservation even though I checked in online prior to arriving. I asked for extra towels and an extra blanket that I never received.
The temp in the room would not regulate.
Main elevator was out of service.
The room was nicely renovated and appeared clean, though when I woke the first morning, I woke up to roaches crawling on the walls! I immediately took a picture of the bugs and went down to the front desk to let them know.
Interestingly enough, they were not as surprised as I was. They offered to move me to the room across the hall which I did not accept. They said they didn’t have any other rooms until later to see what was available because the hotel was booked. The staff offered no apology, refund or credit. I was thoroughly disgusted and uncomfortable staying at the location after seeing roaches. As a result, I had to repack, get ready for a meeting, check out and find another hotel all before 8 AM. Unacceptable Hilton/Hampton Inn!!
