He repeatedly harassed the children in our group, yelling at them for simply walking or laughing in the hallways. On January 18th, Daniel aggressively confronted my young son, screaming at him to stop, demanding his room number, and insisting I come speak with him. This unprovoked behavior left my child in tears. When I approached Daniel to address his behavior, he escalated the situation, acted condescendingly, and ultimately called the police to have my family removed from the hotel at 10:30 PM. This was done in front of other guests, causing us public embarrassment and distress.
This hotel failed us on every level—hazardous conditions, false advertising, and staff behavior that was completely unacceptable. No family should have to fear how their children will be treated by hotel staff. Daniel’s behavior was unprofessional, threatening, and shows a complete lack of training in customer service.
I strongly urge management to address the conditions of the hotel and to take immediate action regarding this employee, including retraining or dismissal. Families deserve better, and the experience we had here was unacceptable. Until changes are made, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
