点评：Normally I look at the menu online before going to a new restaurant to eat, but I failed to do so. The menu posted at the restaurant was not complete, and so I just said I wanted a BBQ pork sandwich with fries, when asked what to drink, got a soda. Upon leaving, I ordered a BBQ beef sandwich with fries, and said no drink. Looking at my receipts at home, the prices were the same. I was charged both times for a Country Boy Combo for $15.75 which comes with 2 sides and a drink. No one ever said I could get a second side or the drink came with it. I am an older woman, and no one ever asked me if I wanted the Double Smoked Chop Sandwich with one side and no drink, which only cost $10.99. I feel that I spent $10.00 more than I would have if I had been given a choice, and was shorted 2 sides and a drink. The food was delicious, but I most likely will not return because staff could have offered me a better choice. I feel staff has been directed to handle orders as they did mine. Yes, I should have taken responsibility for knowing what I wanted, but the company could have done the right thing and let me know there was another option. I would have most likely returned many times over had I felt that I was treated fairly, and I would have written a glowing review. My Bible verse in response to the one they had displayed is "You reap what you sow."
