点评：I actually found this place while scanning online for some place new. It did NOT disappoint! I did read one negative review on here and personally I think the guy had an ax to grind as my experience was completely the opposite!
We were seated exactly at the time for our reservation and they seem to like folks to be on time. The service was outstanding! From the assistant waiter who kept us with a chilled bottle of water to Max our waiter. The service was over the top! They both went out of their way to make sure everything was fantastic!
We started with the fried mozzarella as an appetizer. It was homemade, thick pieces of cheese and prepared perfectly. The table next to us ordered the antipasto plate and it looked delicious with an array of meats, cheeses and olives. We will try that the next visit. Also served was a loaf of homemade and warm bread, on the side was butter and something different, a crushed black olive spread.
My lady ordered the homemade cheese rav's and she said they were some of the best she has ever had. I opted for the dish with homemade linguini, tossed with a white wine sauce, fresh mushrooms, broccoli, and shrimp. Again...outstanding! My only request to the Chef would be to use a larger size shrimp.
To cap the evening we tried the inhouse Italian lemon cake. Delicious! I did notice a lot of guest were ordering desserts, and the next visit I will try the gelato as it seem popular.
If you are reading this from around Pittsburgh, it isn't that far of a drive at all. Actually from the airport only about 30 minutes. Believe me....it's well worth it, and nowhere near the congestion of driving into the city. To sum it up, as we were leaving we told Max he would see us back real soon!
