点评：I was double charged for dinner in excess of $100.00 by Smokey Bones. I reached out to them and spoke to 2 different managers who claimed it was an error on my bank. I explained to them that my bank stated.it was Smokey Bones and they refused.to accept responsibility or make it right. I ended having to dispute it with my bank and was issued a provisional credit. 3 different people at my credit union on 3 different dates stated Smokey bones ran my card 2 times 1 minute apart. Thankfully, I caught this error but it has been a headache all around and right before Christmas, we were out an additional $102.00. The food is good but the fact that Smokey Bones can't see an error was made and make it right, it is the exact reason I will never go back. If you.go. I highly recommend paying cash. They are not willing to take care of you when they make a mistake but instead try to make your bank have to deal with it. My bank said they see vendors do this frequently where they won't accept responsibility. Awful.
