点评：I decided to try a new BBQ place by the name of SmokeOut BBQ when I saw it coming from I-70 east onto 256. It is in where a ramen restaurant used to be and a small vehicle repair shop before that. Inside is filled with basic chairs and friendly staff. I had a pulled pork sandwhich and a hot mess. I always make sure to try the meats bare before trying any BBQ sauce. They both were very well prepared and not dry at all. The BBQ sauces seemed more mild in flavor, but the BBQ sauces are not needed with how flavorful the meats are. The hot mess has macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and a meat of your choice. They are piled in layers. The Mac n cheese and baked beans are the standard that you can find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this little spot to anyone that likes BBQ. I did not try the ribs or anything else, but maybe I will next time. Great little BBQ restaurant.
