Unbelievable in a bad way

点评：I read some of the reviews and thinking “are we talking about the same hotel?”. DIRTY. Old and outdated is one thing - I can handle that. But dirty is dirty. Carpets in the lobby, stair or hallway (at least the 2nd floor) hadn’t been vacuumed, elevator had obviously not been swept out let alone mopped. Vending area on floor 2 was a big empty space, but no one told us that at check in. Found vending and ice on 1st floor and an ice cube actually had a frozen bug in it. Rooms are big if you aren’t afraid to sit on the furniture. Said they served breakfast but there was no way I was eating anything from that building. I left something in the room on the nightstand and when I called to make arrangements to get it the staff who answered the phone said it wasn’t turned in and I’d have to call tomorrow to see if anyone turned it in. What? Wouldn’t the cleaning crew have seen it when they wiped down the side tables or changed the sheets? Unless they don’t clean them, which wouldn’t be surprising. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be clean as was the microwave and mini-fridge. Unfortunately you have to experience all the dirtiness in the lobby, elevate and hallways so your view is already tainted.
