点评：We REALLY wanted this to be a fine dining experience but it wasn't. The grounds and facilities are excellent but the food was not up to what you would make at home. Salmon was "musty" tasting reminding me of frozen salmon steaks I bought once because they were inexpensive. The Trout was pretty good. The rice with fire roasted corn was flavorless, no seasoning, no butter - just boiled rice with corn kernels. The smashed redskin potatoes were better than the rice but again not much in the way of flavor enhancements. The stuffed mushrooms were so rubbery you couldn't cut them with a fork. The plate looked like they had taken one back! The rolls were good. Some of the prices on the bill did not match those on the wine list or the menu. Our waitress Sam (she) was very good. The sparkling Rose (Campo Viejo) was nice. Most everyone seemed to be ordering sandwiches. That may be the way to go. The Club is such an attractive facility we may try again, only to test the sandwiches.
