点评：Let's start from the beginning. We've been patrons of the Santo Suossos since 2017. We had reservations for 5:00pm. Upon walking up to the front door, we noticed a sign posted indicating there was a 6% surcharge added to the bill due to cost increases. After walking in the hostess couldn't locate our reservation which was subsequently buried in a pile of papers. After being seated our waitress took our drink orders and upon returning took our orders. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and veal and chicken parm as our main entries. Not more than ten minutes afterward our waitress brought out the most disgusting calamari imaginable and yes it was from a box, kinda looked like onion rings. After finishing the calamari our waitress returned shortly afterward with our main dishes. We were surprised and caught off guard because bread and salads have always been served prior to the main dish. We asked the waitress what happened to the salads and bread at which time she turned around and started walking away with our main dish. We stopped her and asked her what she was doing with our entries at which time she said she was returning it to the kitchen and placing a cover over the food and placing it under heat lamps to keep it warm????? She subsequently returned with salads and bread and shortly afterwards returned with our main dishes. We finished our salads and started eating the veal and chicken parm entries which had pretty much died under the heat lamps. Obviously, we won't be returning anytime soon.
