点评:Totally disappointing and waste of money.
I was here for work and got the sirloin tip and pasta and a shale burger. $38 for the meal. When I arrived nothing showed where to pick up takeout orders. I wandered around and found the bar. Nobody inside it. a lady was outside the bar texting away on her phone. Turned out she was staff. I saw food sitting next to her and asked if it was for me. Thats when I found out she was staff. She was oblivious to anything going on around her. It appeared to be the same in the dining area too. Totally inexcusable IMO.
Got the food back to my room. They were courteous to wrap the container in plastic wrap to avoid it leaking which was a welcome feature that I wish more would do. I will ask for that elsewhere now. However thats where the good stopped. The alfredo was super watery and bland. It was about as thick as milk. Thank goodness for the plastic wrap as it would have leaked everywhere. There was ZERO seasoning with the food. What sirloin tips I could find (maybe 5-8 pieces if I was lucky) was tough, overcooked and unseasoned. If it wasnt for the two breadsticks it came with i would have had to drink the sauce or pour it down the sink. It was so thin it didn't coat the pasta.
The shale burger for a signature burger was a joke. The portion size was decent. However it was also bland and greasy. The peppers while grilled were screaming for seasoning. It was a mushy mess.
I could hear Gordon Ramsey screaming SEASON YOUR FOOD as it needed it. I'm not sure if they are relying on the proximity to the hotel for business or what but I cant imagine they get many repeat customers with the poor quality and taste of the food. They did have menus at the front desk and in the rooms of the hotel so I'm guessing its that. I know when I return to lisbon I will be eating elsewhere. Others from my job said the same thing as they had similar dislike with other menu items.
