Worst Food Service in Columbus

点评：The worst food service we have ever received.
We arrived for Disney trivia tonight at 6:15. We placed a drink order at about 6:30 and a food order at about 6:45.
We received no updates on food and did not even receive our appetizers for at least an hour. After about an hour, the waiter informs me that he has "just learned" that they do not have the food I ordered (fish and chips). That's right, it took our waiter over an hour after I ordered to tell me that they did not have my food.
I immediately select a replacement item. Less than a minute later, all of the food for the rest of our party (5 other people) shows up, including our appetizers.
I wait another hour. At about 8:30, our waiter finally realizes that my food never showed up, tells me it is being made and that he will send over a manager. It finally shows up at 8:45, mere moments before everyone's check (including ours) shows up and only 15 minutes before they close for the night.
We were there until 9:15 and never spoke with a manager, despite repeated attempts to flag down wait staff for just that purpose.
I waited 2 hours for food and had to take it home.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We will not be back.
