点评:Excellent tour where you are able to get up close (but not touch obviously) amazing formations and learn about the geological side of the caves and their history within the local community. Our tour guide was really informative and passionate about the cave and provided plenty of opportunities for questions, particularly from the children.
A few tips:
- We visited in January during a warm week, but were still advised to dress warmly as the cave is around 10 degrees Celsius and definitely did need our jackets.
- If you suffer from claustrophobia you may struggle as there are a number of quite tight spaces you need to move through and an opportunity to stand for a few minutes in almost complete darkness, which we loved, but may not suit some.
- When we visited, advance bookings could only be made up to 14 days beforehand via telephone but are probably worth doing as on the day there were only two spots available for walk ups on our tour.
