Awful signage, awful car parking staff.
Climping Beach的点评
点评：Parking regulations and sign posting are awful. Prior to our journey I looked up online about the parking arrangements for Climping beach- all sources said it is card only, thus, I didn’t not bring cash.
When arriving at the beach, the rude parking usher informed us that their WiFi was down therefore payment was cash only. After asking where else we could park they said “just park over there with the other cars” this was the road outside the car park where others and campervans were parking. There was confusing signs all over that road regarding parking. Some parts of the road you could park others you could not but there was no road markings or bays- just a mix of signs.
We parked went to the beach and when we returned we were issued a ticket.
Considering the amount you have to pay (£10 for over an hour) you think they’d put that money to better signage, a ticket machine that didn’t require WiFi and generally a nicer non-potholey car park.
