点评：Hadn’t been to Nando’s in ages, generally not interested due to high prices and poor service, but partner fancied it, and I wanted to try the new spicy rice chicken bowl. So off we go.
Walked in, greeter ok, sat at our table. Ordered food and drink via the app. £45 for two meals two sides and 2 soft drinks. Waited AGES for our bottomless soft drinks to arrive - a waiter came and asked if we were “done with our menus”, so we had to prompt him to bring our glasses after waiting approx 10 mins. The table next to us also spoke up and said they were still waiting for theirs. Considering most of the work (ordering, getting soft drinks) is done by us, you think bringing two empty glasses over wouldn’t be asking that much… but hey ho. So we go & collect our cutlery and napkins after pouring our own drinks, and find there’s no knives, only forks. The actual meals came out rather quickly, but had to ask for the cutlery.
The spicy rice bowl was ok, no real qualms other than the fact I added the ‘half an avocado’ for £2 and was presented with a slither, barely a 1/4. I asked a waiter and he said he’d bring the rest of it, but shortly after that a guy who I assume was a duty manager came over and asked if everything was ok… we mentioned the avocado, and he nonchalantly replied “yeah that’s what I thought but that’s how they come”…
Not wanting to get into an argument over something as trivial as avocado, I just accepted it… but clearly, no customer service skills, and £2 for a slither.. is outrageous.
Ok food but awful service, and for those prices, it’s like adding insult to injury. I’ll never, ever understand people who rave about Nando’s, especially in today’s difficult climate. Save your money and give them wide berth.

我不想因为鳄梨这种小事而争吵，所以我就接受了……但显然，我没有客户服务技巧，一片要 2 英镑……太离谱了。
食物还可以，但服务太差，对于这些价格来说，简直是雪上加霜。我永远无法理解那些对 Nando’s 赞不绝口的人，尤其是在当今艰难的环境下。省下你的钱并远离他们。
