点评：My mum, my sister and I spent today at Nutfield Priory Spa to celebrate my 50th birthday, which was last month. The staff were polite and attentive. The facilities were modern & clean. My express facial was good. My full body massage was very relaxing. Considering we chose a weekday to visit, the spa was busier than we expected by the pool area and there were not enough indoor lounges for all visitors, so we chose to sit outside to briefly enjoy the sunshine after using the jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. The afternoon tea was tasty but we were disappointed with the cakes as they were odd. The waitress was asked twice to explain what they were but she could not. Luckily the three small finger sandwiches were very nice and the scones were warm. Only having one waitress to serve afternoon tea and serve all of the other guests refreshments was a let down though, as she seemed a little vague about what to do even though she was polite (maybe she was having a bad day, who knows!) More staff are require to provide a higher level of service, especially from a Handpicked hotel.
