Nutfield Priory Health Club & Spa的点评
点评：I don’t like to leave negative reviews but as this Spa day was expensive and I was disappointed I thought I should.
The booking of the treatments was unorganised and didn’t follow up a missed call. The Spa location is away from the hotel and more of a gym than a Spa. You do not get a luxurious Spa feeling. The location is disjointed being on two levels. Someone with mobility issues would struggle. Treatments were average.
The afternoon tea was dry obviously been left in a fridge. There was three small dry sandwich fingers, two scones and three sponge fingers. The Victoria sponge was inedible as the cream had gone off. They didn’t even have a bottle of champagne and had to give us two small ones. Which did actually work out better as we took one home.
I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious spa experience and will not be returning which is disappointing as it’s quite local to me
