点评:I had a very disappointing visit to Starbucks this morning. After I received my order at the drive-thru, I stayed at the window briefly to sort out my drinks and check on my children in the backseat. There was no one behind me in line, so I wasn’t holding anyone up.
While I was still parked at the window, a young female staff member actually tapped on my car window from the drive-thru window to ask me to move forward. I found this behaviour extremely rude and unnecessary. It made me feel rushed and unwelcome, especially given that there was no reason to hurry.
It’s clear the staff are more focused on drive-thru time targets than treating customers with respect. I literally was about to drive off after making sure my drinks were secure and my children were ok - we were driving straight to a day out which was around half an hour away.
I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience really left a bad impression. Drinks were nice though - just a shame the service left a bit of a bad taste.
