点评：Sadly a terrible experience visiting this coffee shop. Really high hopes because we read the reviews beforehand and enjoy our coffee - living near many great coffee shops and roasteries. I ordered 2 oat flat whites and when they came they were so milky and had an ‘off’ taste. So I returned them, checked they were oat and explained they were too milky and asked to change them to oat macchiato, the barista said yes and made these. When I collected them he asked for the payment, and I explained that as they were replacements for the ones that I returned I wouldn’t pay. He then said ‘do you know how much it costs me to make a coffee?’, ‘we are the best coffee in Frome’, ‘you obviously don’t know good coffee and perhaps you should go to Starbucks…’ - we then left with a very (literal) bitter tastes in our mouth. What a shame. Perhaps a bad day, but still absolutely no need to be horrible to customers.
