点评：We go to Cafe Vault for breakfast quite regularly. It’s a lovely little cafe with friendly staff and the food is delicious and very good quality.
However, the way we were made to feel this morning was disappointing.
When we arrived, the cafe was busy, we were greeted and invited to choose a table. We made our way towards a table tucked in the corner, at which point we were asked not to sit there and instead asked to take a smaller table.
We did as we were asked, but the way that this was done just seemed very unnecessary and has tarnished our very good opinion of this place. To offer us a choice initially and then to loudly redirect us, drawing attention to us from the other customers was really quite unpleasant. We very nearly didn’t stay to be honest.
On a positive note the breakfast was lovely as usual but the customer service experience this morning was off putting.
