Great race! Facilities appalling! 2 hours to get out of car park!!

点评：We have been a couple of times many years ago and it is much worse now!
The race was great and view of the track was good, These are the only positives!
A venue such as Silverstone with many years experience of such events should be more organised and prepared. Everywhere was muddy and slippery! I know you can’t control the weather but you can be prepared for it. Matting or toppings should have been put down to prevent accidents. The food areas were a no go area! This on top of massive queues for over priced food was ridiculous.
Toilets were atrocious! Muddy, very few flushed, no soap, toilet paper or paper towels! One block taps were barely working!
When we arrived there were loads of staff showing where to park and guiding us into space! Not one person was visible when leaving! We were sat in the car park queue to leave and did not move a centimetre for I hour and 15 minutes! Where were all the staff from earlier on? There was no communication what so ever! We didn’t even know if staff were aware! We contemplated returning back to the circuit but we hadn’t signed out so could not return. Had we been told on leaving about the car park, we would have signed out as a precautions. We only moved as staff eventually opened a back fence to cars through the back road and through further car parks that were moving! It took a total 2 hours to get out! I knew it wouldn’t be quick getting out but please Silverstone staff, be visible and communicate with your customers and let them know you are trying your best to get us out!
Be prepared Silverside next year! Sort out the toilets, be prepared for bad weather and have matting etc on the busy grass areas, and have staff present in the car park at the end of the day! When you are paying thousands of pounds , you don’t expect a Glastonbury experience!

明年 Silverside 做好准备！整理好厕所，为恶劣天气做好准备，在繁忙的草地上铺上垫子等，并在一天结束时让工作人员在停车场！当你支付数千英镑时，你不会期待格拉斯顿伯里体验！
