点评：Our biggest mistake was not reading previous reviews before going here!
We arrived and ordered drinks which arrived promptly, coffee and a coke. The food unfortunately was a total let down. My husband had Mozzarella sticks and I ordered the beef lasagna. It was a microwave meal, the lasagna was over microwaved and soggy with hardly any beef or sauce in it. It came with salad and frozen chips. It was inedible!
At no point during our meal did any member of staff come to check if our meal was okay or if we’d like more drinks or a sweet so once my husband had finished his meal I went to the counter to pay. Again I wasn’t asked if our meal was okay and just presented with a bill. I politely told the waitress that I hadn’t eaten the lasagna as it wasn’t good. She didn’t ask what was wrong, no apology, she just snatched back the original bill off the counter, edited it to remove the cost of the lasagna and quite honestly if she could have thrown the debit card reader at me I’m sure she would. I could see the anger in her face so just left.
