点评：Visited the Five Stones Wetherspoons at Primrose Valley and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve seen a few people moaning that it’s not as cheap as your typical high street Spoons—but come on, it’s a holiday park! It’s only a couple of quid more, and you can still feed a family and get a pint for around £40. That’s a win in my book.
The food was exactly what you’d expect from Wetherspoons—good, reliable classics—but what really impressed me was how fast it all came out. The kitchen and staff were like a well-oiled machine, super efficient and friendly.
Drinks are still cheaper here than at the show bar or live lounge, especially when it comes to mixers. Definitely worth popping in if you’re on holiday and want a proper pint without paying over the odds.
You can enjoy your drink outside, just be warned that Guinness in a plastic cup doesn’t quite hit the same, and the local seagulls have questionable aim. Didn’t get caught myself, but saw a couple of close calls!
All in all, I’d definitely recommend it. Great value, fast service, and a solid choice while you’re staying at Primrose Valley.
