She was very polite and was really struggling. And had to call someone because she had computer issues. She just didn’t understand and it seemed like she was just thrown in there. It says a lot about Rays character that Azeril would rather call someone else rather than bother him and his two friends drinking in the lobby. It seemed like Ray was bothered he had to get up from sitting in the lobby not working, to come over and assist her. The rooms were great, she was great and Ray should not be in the hospitality business. If I came in and see him again, I would just go another hotel.
