点评：I just witnessed a young female manager with glasses and blonde hair bullying a staff member (I managed to catch his name, as she was bellowing at him constantly) Lewis.
He ran a table order, and went back to wash his hands and she started shouting at him to hurry up and wash his hands and then run another table, but it was in a nasty tone. He then came back, did the table run, and as he walked back behind the counter she slammed 2 trays down in front of him, bellowed him over and in front of other staff members and customers, started schooling him in a condescending way on how to wipe down a tray. She told him to get some white roll and clean them, as he went off to get them, she started laughing along with a smaller young brown haired girl in front of everyone.
Ive been served by Lewis before, and he is a very lovely and charming young man. Talking to him like he is a child, and in front of everyone is not professional and definitely not manager worthy.
When i collected my food, i said quietly to the manager that telling him off in front of everyone was not kind and that she should of took him out of the way if there was an issue. The fact other staff members were laughing at him, just shows the level of unkindness in this store.
He looked visibly upset and i genuinely think she intended on making him feel that way.
