点评：where do I even start! the first time I came to the cellar was a few months back for my friends 18th birthday. safe to say I was mind blown! their was so much choice. as soon as I walked into the cellar it felt very cosy and I felt like I could relax and enjoy my meal unlike a lot of places I have eaten in. ever since my friends birthday meal it is the only restaurant I have felt comfortable in. I have been a handful of times since then and I hope to come more often but Stuart, tom, and Charlotte have made me feel so welcome and I really enjoy spending Time at the restaurant. when I normally go and dine out I eat and then leave straight away but not with the cellar, I actually can take my time with food and enjoy it, which I love because ive never been able to do that before. to be completely transparent with you, I have had issues in the past related to food, and I find it really difficult to eat in front of others but the environment is amazing and the vibes are always high which is really helpful to people with similar struggles.
another thing I haven't mentioned yet is the knowledge that the staff have and they really go out of their way to make sure that you can really understand the menu and what it has to offer. They use local produce so you can really taste the difference, they are super informative on where the cheeses are from and how they are aged/handled, the same with the wines too! the menu is very inclusive as they offer vegetarian options and will change around the dishes to fit your needs, and they offer a huge range of cheeses and wines too which I find amazing.
their is so many more positives to the cellar and I wish I could give it a bigger rating, I will definitely be back :)
