点评:Extremely disappointed with the takeaway service we received and the poor customer service that followed. When we arrived back home (a 15-20 minute drive) we realised they had given us chicken instead of vegetarian meals. We promptly tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue ahead of our arrival but after over 100 phone calls later we still didn’t get to speak to anyone. We had to drive back to the restaurant with our cold and wrong order to get a refund. We never got an apology and were just told we must have said chicken. They were only willing to redo one of the dishes despite the whole order now being cold. As vegetarians there is no chance we would have said chicken and didn’t appreciate the lack of accountability. Eventually got a refund and left without food or any attempt from them to make it right. We then had to find an alternative place to eat as the whole experience took over an hour from point of ordering to getting a refund. Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience and we won’t be using them again or recommending others.
