点评：Needed to find a place en route from Poole back to home for a breakfast stop. Hursley's came up as ideal, just off the motorway and with free parking outside. We were really amazed at how busy it was - jam packed the entire time we were there. It appears to do a roaring trade through builders as they were turning up at regular intervals in their works vans!
Great service, friendly waiters who were very helpful with suggestions. There was also a good selection for breakfast, from the smaller egg on toast up to full English. For my vegan daughter she was able to have the vegetarian breakfast with no egg, which she was able to substitute for more mushrooms. She declared it delicious apart from the veggie sausages that got a bit of a thumbs down unfortunately. I had pancakes with bacon and egg, and they were seriously delicious! Enough of a sugar high to propel me onto the motorway and get me home!
Large, spacious toilet on the ground level was also immaculately clean.
