点评：I have loved the food from this venue and told many people about it. I used to live in the city centre and could accept the waiting time.
I have just been sat waiting for delivery for what is now hitting far over an hour. The delivery time also changed last minute for yet another half an hour - i tried contacting and it is "closed" so i assume I am receiving a "staff on the way home in their own time" delivery now.
I placed the order well in advance so it wasn't trouble at the end of the night for anyone to make and I am very easy going. This is not acceptable for the time I have waited, the cost which I could have gotten cheaper from somewhere else, and also now I don't have food or the money to get an alternative. I have just finished a 16 hour shift and am not happy at all.
I will not be using this company again and am very disappointed in this service. One night off work finally and I'm left without food for the night and no driver etc to be able to contact. Just a "closed" phone line.
