点评：I shall admit that the location is conveniently positioned and the view is reasonable if you face the large window.
We turned up for a Mocca coffee, a mint tea and a slice of hot buttered toast. The order was small however the wait to use one of the machines allowing me to order was long. Especially with an elderly lady confused on how to order and use her card. Then the card wasn't taken. This was attempted, with staff assistance 4 times in all.
Now my turn. Mocca, mint tea and 2 slices of toast. It didn't take long in turning up. The mocca was only a warm chocolate. No coffee in the drink what so ever. I wasn't happy that it was only warm. And no saucer for the cup. It was the same for the tea. Teapot, cup but no saucer. The toast was only partly toasted, both slices. And the two pats of butter, frozen solid. By the time they can be used, the toast is cold.
Oh, and there was one member of staff wiping tables. Asked us if we would like the table wiped clean. "Yes please". So she did. But she didn't dry it off with a cloth after.
Now I'm not one to complain, but there were so many faults, unless I'm become aware that the facility is improved, I shall not use it again. Not such loss for M&S but they did have standard which they lived upto. Not anymore so it seems.
Even my wife was surprised that M&S standards are now so low.
