点评：Excellent services, my wife wanted to move to the room sea views, they told her to wait for a staff to show her to sea views rooms but at the end when she visited the room we've booked in the first place. She liked the one we booked because, it was very bid room for the family of four.
The location was amazing, in the centre of the city Southend.
In the morning when we were making our way for breakfast around 9:00 am the house keeping staff asked us in the corridor if they can go to clean room by the time.
I am working in the hospitality for the last twenty-five years.
The coffee and soft drinks have been served less than five two latte, two hot chocolate and two apple juice and two orange juice.
The goods almost fifteen to twenty minutes.
My wife was so happy and the children also.
I would strongly recommend the travellers to visit this lovely and friendly hotel.
I already advised my friends with the family to visit seven hotel
