点评：I know my food and Asian Food tried pawning some weak flavoured curry off on me and calling it Vindaloo. After i called Asian Food to complain about my order and to let him know this was not Vindaloo and how i have been to India just to eat and understand their food.
I lnew i was on a lossing battle when the boy tried telling me Vindaloo is not from India but a white mans dish that was created. I coold of put him in his place and told him the story of Vindaloo and where in india it cane from. But the second mistake was when he said they do not bath the meat in viniger this is one of the flavors that makes a vindaloo along with the heat. The final point vindaloo should not be swimming in a sacue but more dry. I understand you are cooking for the British (your words) but go to other Indian restaurants around you and taste their vindaloo. They did offer to send me another vindaloo out but i was told it was going to be the same. ???
I am sure they can do better or maybe they are buying pre-made sauce’s in and thats my belief. Jonathan
