点评：After reading some great reviews, Me and my husband booked The Feathers for a wedding anniversary meal. Whilst the food and restaurant itself was really lovely, the service from some members of staff requires improvement and let it down for us. When given our food, it was quickly plonked on the table and we were not offered any condiments or asked if there was anything else we needed. When our food was taken away, we were also not offered the dessert menu or coffees etc. I asked the waitress for a small glass of wine and 20 minutes later it still hadn't arrived (the table next to us were also waiting for their dessert for ages). At that point we wanted to move on, so I asked another waitress if the order had been put through yet. As if it hadn't we would just like the bill. She said that it had and miraculously 30 seconds later the wine appeared (no apology). When finished we sat waiting for someone to come over so we could get the bill. No one would give us eye contact and after multiple attempts to catch someone's attention my husband had to go up to the bar. Even then he felt that the staff were trying to avoid him and he was abruptly told that someone would come over (again no apology). All in all it felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience to the staff and unfortunately will not be returning on our next visit to Norfolk. A real shame as the food was lovely.
