点评：We eat at TM every Friday night, have done so for for almost 20 years.
We do so because it is an authentic cantina, and people who grew up eating Mexican food seek it out because it is authentic.
There are a couple of steak dishes on the menu, and I order Bistek Ranchero almost every time we go. So out of hundreds of orders, I have never been asked what temperature I want my steak. Nope, they serve all meat "well-done."
I would also respectfully point out that there are no waiters there, except for one college student who comes in occasionally, so ONE waiter who is rarely there.
A cantina is different than Denny's or Frisch's. Just go there, be nice to your waitress and understand you might get your food in 5 minutes or 45 minutes, depending... It will be delicious Mexican food that is authentic, regardless. But if you order steak, it's going to be well-done.
