So 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery from a store within a 5 mile radius. Our company had left before delivery arrived. Called manager again and was promised a “credit”.
2 weeks after placed online order for two big dons with pizza sauce and a medium pep. Didn’t mention the credit. 40 minutes for delivery was promised. 1 hour later I called manager to ask about the delivery and was told “it’s out”. Order arrived one hour late, 1hr &40 minutes total time from Order to delivery, missing 1 sub and the sub that arrived wasn’t prepared as ordered, with pizza sauce. Called back and was promised another store credit. Called store directly today 5/26 to use one of the credits. Placed 3 calls to store and no answer. Apparently this store no longer accepts orders from customers with credits or the manager is the only employee, make pizza locks up and delivers them. Donatos has terrible customer service and could care less about customer retention. My family no longer wasting time and money on this franchise
