点评：I’m just a regular guy. I’m a Paramedic and don’t make a lot of money. So when I go out to eat, I expect that the people serving it to me take pride in what they do as much as I do. With that said, I gave this restaurant a 3 of 5 star rating. The good stuff, I had their Bratwurst Dinner. The portion was generous, and I added a half side salad (at an up charge). Now, the things that bugged me were that I could only order on line through an app. I had a very difficult time with the app. Tried to call the restaurant and just give them my order but they wouldn’t answer their phone. So it appears that they gear their attention to those who eat on site, I was carrying food out. When I got home, the food was cold (go figure). So not their fault but tip: ask them for reheating instructions ;) This dish was supposed to have sauerkraut. Whisper the word sauerkraut and you can guess how much sauerkraut was on this dish. The grilled onions were good but whisper onions, well, you get it. It also came with potato pancakes, with sour cream and caraway sauce. Here’s my take on that dish and what I would do. Get rid of the potato pancakes (they were flat tater tots) and replace with a portion of mashed potatoes. Then, add a portion of sauerkraut with onions. Plop down that generous portion of Bratwurst and call it good! The cheese is gilding the lily, but you could add it if you wanted .
