点评:I spent a recent evening at the grill side bar in the kitchen of Agni. It was one of the most awesome dining experiences I've ever had, and def the best dining experience in a quarter century of calling Cbus home. Every person I engaged, from the maitre’d (Colin), F&B manager (Jared), Sommeliers (Matt & Beth), Server (Carli), Sous-Chef JJ and Grillmaster Chef Nick were so welcoming, friendly, kind and generous. A tremendous team of talented people! My 6-course menu exponentially grew to 14 with delicious snacks and treats magically appearing throughout the evening. 2 of my courses, the Panipuri & Mac salad transported me to travel memories which is pretty incredible! I relished them. The “bread and butter” course was hands down the best e-v-a-h! A sourdough bread with a garlic confit running through it along with a quenelle of emulsified duck fat (the butter) and an amazing pile of crumbled garam masala infused potota chips to dip the bread and butter, in. Wow! Just wow! The dumpling (course) in a chili oil and sweet soy shot with the duck skewer topped with a mint chutney was better than anything Din Tai Feng ever served me….and that is saying A LOT! The dessert pistachio butter gelato was so rich in pistachio flavor that (just) the quenelle hit the spot (along with the flan & Gulab jamun). I could ramble on and on, but you’d get bored with my superlative adjectives. Just book a table and go! Do not delay. Dining at Agni is an event you will not regret!
