点评:First time attending an event at Rocket Mortgage. After 2 days of asking multiple people about the arena and different levels and sections I decided to just go to the arena an hour before the concert to get answers to my questions which is when I crossed paths with Ofc. DAILEY. She answered every single question I had. She knew that arena like the back of her hand and was VERY thorough and informative. She took the time to explain everything in detail and told me about all the restaurants and bars. Not only did she do that, but she told me what each one specializes in. She kept the line moving quickly and smoothing and basically held everything together. The other employees were slacking and she was running the show picking up everyone's slack. She was multitasking like no other. Had I not ran into her, I wouldn't have purchased a ticket for the simple fact that 6 employees couldn't answer basic questions and were not helpful, informative, and downright rude...
6 employees couldn't answer basic questions about sections or the arena in general. Ofc DAILEY went above and beyond! She definitely needs recognition for how she treated guests at the Nicki Minaj concert on Friday 9/13/24
