点评：The food and wait service is five stars every time we dine here, usually when we are in town for medical treatment. The long time maitre d usually accommodates diners who are a mix of hotel guests, pharmaceutical reps with physicians, patients, and Clevelanders out for a five star meal. Unfortunately a young hostess replaced the experienced maitre d on 4/25/2022. The maitre d was relegated to sanitizing tables. The young hostess was dressed in black tights and walked very slowly and seductively as she led us to a two top table. When I asked for a table for four because we were expecting a guest, she led us to another two top with a bench seat stating that is all that was available. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner of calimari appetizers, pear frisée salad and pan roasted chicken on hummus. When I looked up from my delicious meal, I noticed the hostess flirting with two men and seating them at the four top I requested! As the evening progressed, I witnessed the slow walk and flirting again and again. On the way out I nicely asked her why she gave the four top to the two men but not to us. She stated they had reservations. Funny because she didn’t ask if we had reservations when she seated us. She only asked for our hotel room number and wrote it down in the reservation book. While her behavior was funny to watch at the time, in retrospect, it occurs to me that this is a five star restaurant in a five star hotel on a medical campus. Training is required.
