点评：I specifically ordered crispy hashbrowns today. I was very specific about what I wanted. Our waitress’s reply was “I graduated college. I know what it means.” When my hashbrowns arrived they were pale and floppy, no different than the ones my husband got with his meal. I asked our waitress if the people in the kitchen could read her ticket to know I wanted crispy hashbrowns. She said she would reorder them. When they were ready the cook put them in the window and shouted the hashbrowns order was ready for the crybaby. This order was prepared the way I expected my original order to be. They looked great. However, I wasn’t prepared to let the ‘crybaby comment pass. The regular manager as off today so I spoke to the team leader/shift manager. She blamed me for the cook’s response going on and an about my disrespect. I told her I was done speaking to her, but she wouldn’t leave us and kept berating my behavior when she was the one raising her voice and calling me disrespectful. She also warned I should be nice to the people cooking and serving my food which I took as a threat. So watch out when you go to this restaurant.
