点评:I ordered the bison burger and salad. At no time did the server ask me the temp I preferred the meat.,nor did I offer this, but with decades of owning a restaurant that is a servers responsibility. The bun was dry. I decided to go ahead and eat it and not make my opinion known. I was very hungry . The more I ate, the worse it was. $16 for it which had it been a quality product wouldn’t have mind doing so.
When I first arrived, I sat at an outdoor seat. There was rain the night before and the metal chair disguised the water I sat in. I moved to another chair and informed Matt the chairs were wet. He acknowledged it but never wiped the seats while I was there..
When he brought the ck, I asked him why he didn’t ask me the temp I wanted for the meat. He said if a customer doesn’t say so when ordering, they assume medium well to well. Never should this be standard practice, assuming it is.
He dropped the ck and I asked him if he told his manager what I said. As he was turning away, he replied “what?”. I surrendered at that point and laughed as he left.
I’m a 32 year restaurant owner and the only real criteria I hold firm to is good service, This fell far short.
I am assuming that at a senior woman, kids refer to us as boomers. Yes. And for what life has walked me through, I deserve the respect I’m due. I drive from Dublin OH because I’ve had good experiences in the past, but sad to say I won’t return.
