KFC的点评
点评：KFC Victor Harbour today Sunday 8th Jan 23. We went through the drive through when I ordered at the ordering speaker I had to repeat myself 3 times then drove to the pick up window the boy there repeated my order and it was wrong even missing out the 10 nuggets I ordered when I finally got it through to the boy what the correct order was which also took a couple attempts I asked the young girl that bought my order to the window if the order was correct she said yes, thank goodness I checked because it wasn’t I told her so and the boy added you got that because it would be another 8 minute wait for what it should have been. I tried 1 of the chips and NO salt.
I did say to the boy we needed serviettes as we were going to meet friends for a picnic well when we got to our picnic and open up our goods there was no serviettes no straws not even a spoon for my husband to eat his potato and gravy and no sweet and sour sauce that I ordered for 10 nuggets.
At this stage the idiot in the car behind us was yelling all sorts of F——— words at us for taking so long which was not our fault, we’re seniors with heart problems I had to hold my husband back he was trying to get out of the car to deal with this rude idiot, it was such a stressful situation.
We were very very disappointed I tried to go on the KFC site to complain and they wanted all sorts of things like order number store number we didn’t keep our docket so I couldn’t supply that and I could not leave any feedback about how disappointed we were so that’s why I’m leaving the comment here. The boy behind the counter at the window was not very friendly. We will not go there again.
