点评:This visit was somewhat disappointing. We've been to this restaurant on a previous occasion, and everything was superb but, this time, I had a steak that was, well, anything but. To be clear, most of the meal was excellent — Coconut Prawns starter was great, vegetables etc. accompanying our steaks were also very good, my wife's Maranoa Eye Fillet was tender and succulent, and the desserts were tasty. However, my 400g Bindaree Rump was VERY tough — it was hard to cut it, even with a steak knife, and chewing it was a chore, to the point where I gave up about half-way through. Kinda mystifying, and certainly disappointing, in a specialist steakhouse. I can understand that some cuts are perhaps a little less tender than others, but this steak would have struggled to reach the standard of the average pub lunch-time special. ..... Regrettably, I probably wouldn't return — a $49 steak deserves a little more Quality Control attention.
