点评：Just picked up KFC for my families dinner. Paid £24.99 for my bucket and immediately upon paying at the kiosk I went straight to the counter. I requested mixed pieces of chicken and explained my house have preferences so mixed pieces will satisfy everyone. Today for the first time I am extremely disappointed in KFC Wellingborough staff, especially that young Asian man behind packing the chicken. He totally ignored my request and instead placed what he wanted into the bucket. As a representative of KFC this insolent individual with no respect for the customer wishes, failed the company with this disrespectful attitude. If the pieces I had requested where not available than I should have been informed so I can make an informed chioce weather to cancel my order. Instead this unprofessional man representing KFC not himself, has forced my children now to eat pieces they do not like. We treasure our meal time together and you have spoilt tonights dinner. I paid for this meal with my hard earn money and no one especially the KFC worker who packed my chicken should take it upon himself to do want he wants within the company. I expect to get what I paid and requested. I am so annoyed but as it is a 10 minutes drive from home I'm letting this go and writing this review on the poor service provided by your staff. To the man who packed the chicken, do your job in the same manner you wished to be served and nothing more cause I'm sure KFC do not pay you for anything more; and I sure they do not pay you to disappoint their customers. This was truly a waste of my money. Will definitely not be do this again any time soon.
