点评:Ordered from just eat this evening and it was missing an item so I called the store to let them know as obviously I’d paid for the item. I was greeted by a very rude young lady that couldn’t even repeat back what I had missing and I was told get a refund from just eat not my fault.. I then asked for the ladies name as I needed it for reference when contacting just eat to be met with “why do you need my name?” Again she was very rude about it. She stated she didn’t need to give me her name. After a few more moments she told me to have a nice day and put the phone down!!!! How rude was that. I then called to speak to the manager and she again answered the phone and stated she was the duty manager and that I couldn’t speak to the General manager as she wasn’t in the buisness, and I was told to email. Again the phone was slammed down !!!! I can’t believe that that was suppose to be GREAT customer service that McDonald’s pride themselves on. We won’t be ordering from there again in a hurry
