Ordered my food tonight l, asked for sauce that comes on the kebab separate in tubs when arriving at my house the driver who couldn’t speak English demanded an extra two pound. When I asked he said it was for the sauces. I showed the driver my bill online. When telling the driver I only had the money for the bill offered he told me to give me the food back. I rang flames and ask them what the extra £2 was about and he said “oh I forgot to ring you about that, that’s for asking for the sauces in tubs”. The person from flames then said “well give the driver the food back then”. Absolute disgrace of a company. No customer service skills again. Shocking.
Now you’ve made food which will go back to the shop ready for someone else 😂 disgrace!! Wouldn’t even give you one star.
