点评：On the evening we visited Betullas we were a group of 4 adults who had been in ulverston to watch an early film at the Roxy cinema. After watching the film we discussed getting something to eat. We decided on Betullas as 2 of the group had eaten here earlier in the year and had loved it. We just hoped they could accommodate us without a reservation. When we arrived it was around 7.45pm and there was only a few couples seated at various tables throughout the restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly lady and promptly seated at a free table. We were given menus and allowed time to look over it. She came back a short time later and took our drinks order. When she returned with the drinks she took our meal orders. We didn’t wait long at all for the food to arrive and the presentation and portion sizes were superb. Throughout the meal the lady was clearly training a new member of staff and was lovely and patient when giving the staff member training/instruction. We were the last table to leave but at no point were we made to feel rushed. After leaving we all agreed the meals, service & atmosphere were 5*. We overheard that the restaurant was a family business with the front of house member of staff’s sister owning the business and nephew in the kitchen. They should all be very proud of this little gem
