点评：We spent £158 on plants earlier this year. All plants with the exception of 1 have survived so far. I took the now dead plant back and was told that it had died because the frost had got to it. The plant had not been planted and was still in the original pot and had been protected, the gentleman said he didn't recognise the label but I can assure you that the plant WAS purchased there and I had the receipt to prove it. Basically I was told it was too bad as everybody had lost plants during the cold spell but how do I know that the plant had not started to suffer before I bought it? When buying the plants originally we were told that if we had any problems to return them and they would be replaced, without problem. Obviously this is a sales pitch and not to be relied upon. We had intended to buy more plants when we were there but changed our minds if that is the attitude they wish to adopt. We won't be going back.
